Wear A Hat

hat Wear A Hat

I just heard a song this morning on the CBC Radio 3 Podcast called “Wear a Hat” by a Halifax, NS artist called Barron. As I was first listening to the quirky, fun song I thought to myself “This kinda sounds like MC 900 ft Jesus.” Turns out he has opened for him in the past. I can’t find too much on Barron, so I will just say enjoy the track and try checking out some of his other songs on his Radio 3 page.

This song is jam packed with great advice. Here are some of my favorites:

  • Keep in mind a spy with flatulence will always blow his cover
  • Beware of actors who want to become politicians
  • A positive pessimist is better than a negative optimist
  • Believe everything you’ve heard about 9-11
  • After May 24 try not to wear socks, especially with sandals
  • Learn to play a musical intsrument, it will save your life (this does not apply to bagpipes)
  • Lose the goatee
